Standard Cards: Customers can return standard (non-customized) cards within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the cards are in their original condition and packaging.
Customized Cards: Due to the personalized nature of customized smart business cards, we offer a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price if the return is initiated within 14 days of receipt. This accounts for the costs associated with personalization.
Timeframe for Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your cards. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return process.
Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
